A Chartered Accountant with a Certification in Leadership Perspectives from The Wharton School, Jayan brings over three decades of leadership experience across banking, technology, operations, risk and automation. Before co-founding Sainterview, he held senior leadership roles at ICICI Bank, YES Bank, Tata Consultancy Services and Traydstream, leading large-scale transformation, digital, operational and risk initiatives. He has also contributed to industry initiatives through FIMMDA, FEDAI, IBA and SWIFT’s Trade Services Advisory Group, and served as a Guide for the Practitioners’ Guide for Trade Finance published by Taxmann for IIBF.

His career has consistently focused on the intersection of people, processes and technology, an experience that shapes Sainterview’s approach to structured and responsible AI-led hiring. With a strong interest in responsible AI, digital ethics and governance, he believes technology should enhance human judgement rather than replace it. Jayan is also the author of I: The Infinite Reality, a reflective exploration of self-awareness and clarity in an increasingly distracted world.

With over three decades of leadership experience across financial services, consumer durables and media, Mohan has held senior roles at Max Life Insurance, Ion Exchange, Sterling and The Times of India Group. He spent more than two decades in the insurance industry, including leadership roles as Corporate Vice President, Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President at Max Life Insurance, where he led national strategic initiatives across agency operations, recruitment, digitisation and business expansion. His leadership has been recognised through numerous awards, including the Chairman’s Award at Max Life, and his Six Sigma initiatives received recognition from QUIMPRO and CII. He was also an international finalist with the American Society for Quality.

Before co-founding Sainterview, Mohan founded Global LeadNext Consulting, focused on sales acceleration, leadership development and business transformation. A graduate in Economics with a postgraduate qualification in Management Strategy & Leadership, he has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, along with executive programmes at IIM Calcutta and ISB. His extensive experience in building teams, scaling businesses and driving organisational transformation shapes Sainterview’s approach to client engagement, business growth and adoption.

With over four decades of experience across information security, quality assurance, product engineering and strategic consulting, Madhavan has held senior technology and governance roles at SunTec Business Solutions, Zensar Technologies, MM Consultants and FACT. His experience spans enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, quality systems, digital transformation and compliance, including work relating to ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001 and CMMI frameworks. At SunTec, he served in leadership roles including Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Quality & Information Security, strengthening security governance and quality practices across global operations.

At Sainterview, Madhavan leads technology strategy, architecture and information security governance, with a focus on building reliable, scalable and secure AI-driven systems. A certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27701 and ISO 42001 Lead Implementor, CMMI practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings a strong governance-led approach to technology. His philosophy is centred on combining innovation with security, quality and integrity, ensuring that Sainterview’s technology evolves with a strong foundation of trust and responsible design.

With over two decades of experience in human resources and organisational development across India, Europe, the USA and Southeast Asia, Vaishali has held senior leadership roles at Kotak Bank, Kotak Life, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, IDBI Federal Life Insurance, Max New York Life, ICICI Prudential and Mahindra Holidays. Her experience spans leadership development, succession planning, performance management, executive coaching, talent development and assessment, giving her a deep understanding of how organisations identify, develop and retain talent.

At Sainterview, Vaishali leads product strategy with a strong focus on combining behavioural science, organisational insight and technology to improve hiring and talent decisions. She is certified in Hogan, ADEPT-15™, MBTI and FIRO-B, and has also trained extensively in leadership, coaching and behavioural change. Her experience as both an HR leader and practitioner shapes Sainterview’s approach to building assessment solutions that are structured, relevant and grounded in how people actually perform within organisations.

With over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Jay has held senior leadership roles across multinational and Indian organisations, including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and a Tata Group company. His experience spans sales, marketing, strategic management, national operations, brand building and customer engagement. He has built and led high-performing teams, developed leadership talent and driven business growth through a strong combination of strategic thinking, execution and people-centred leadership.

At Sainterview, Jay focuses on enterprise growth and transformation, bringing together his extensive business experience and understanding of organisational decision-making to help enterprises adopt more structured and effective approaches to talent assessment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Jadavpur University and a Diploma in Business Management from Pune University, along with advanced certifications in brand management, marketing communication, innovation and leadership from institutions including the University of Pennsylvania, University of California and MICA. He has also served as a mentor and faculty member for sales, marketing and leadership development programmes.

With over two decades of experience across life insurance and real estate, Vandana brings extensive expertise in sales leadership, business development, distribution and customer engagement. She has worked with leading organisations including ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Axis Max Life Insurance, building and managing distribution networks, leading sales teams and driving business growth in highly competitive markets. Her experience combines strategic thinking, strong relationship management and a consistent focus on execution and productivity.

At Sainterview, Vandana focuses on enterprise growth and transformation, leveraging her experience in sales, client engagement and business development to build long-term enterprise relationships and expand market adoption. Her understanding of distribution, people management and customer needs brings a strong commercial perspective to Sainterview’s engagement with organisations seeking to transform their talent assessment and hiring processes.

Before joining Sainterview, Pratibha held strategic leadership roles with leading global SaaS and healthcare organizations like Oracle, Udemy, Philips Healthcare, Skillsoft to name a few, where she spearheaded large-scale workforce automation, Cloud migration, reskilling and digital learning initiatives. She has forged partnerships across sectors, and delivered measurable impact on enterprise productivity and talent readiness. Her work blends strategic vision with execution excellence—enabling organizations to adapt, evolve, and thrive in an AI-driven, skills-first economy.

At Sainterview, she leads enterprise growth and transformation initiatives, focusing on AI-enabled talent assessment, workforce intelligence, and future-ready ecosystems for clients across industries. Passionate about innovation and inclusion, Pratibha continues to champion the intersection of technology, talent, and transformation to empower organizations and people to reach their full potential.

She has worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Bandhan Life Insurance, and several leading firms across BFSI, Petroleum, FMCG, Pharma, and Agro-Chemicals, training and coaching over 25,000 professionals.

Her expertise is deeply anchored in her advanced certifications—Executive Coaching (TPC, USA), Transactional Analysis (ITAA, USA), Non-Violent Communication (CNVC, USA), and Integral Somatic Psychology (USABP, USA)—which empower her to design interventions that enhance leadership, emotional intelligence, inclusion, and communication.
