Should we extend an offer?
The Hiring Decision Layer

HireMatrix: Consolidated Candidate Scoring

Four independent evaluations become one comparative decision, with every number traceable to the evidence beneath it.

The problem

Every tool gives you a score. None gives you the decision.

Assessment platforms produce assessment results. Interview tools produce interview results. Somewhere at the end, a human is left holding four unrelated documents and asked to reconcile them into a single yes or no.

That reconciliation is the hiring decision, and it is the part nobody has structured.

The output

One table. Every candidate. The same scale.

Capabilities

What HireMatrix does

  • Consolidation of role fit, culture fit, interview, psychometric and joining-fit signals into one comparative view
  • Stack-ranked comparison, with every candidate measured on an identical scale
  • Score drill-down to the underlying candidate evidence, at every level
  • Executive summaries written for the hiring manager, not the analyst
  • Explainability by design. No number appears that cannot be traced to its source

How consolidation works

Four layers. One column. Full traceability.

Each evaluation keeps its own identity inside the consolidated score, so any number can be opened back down to the signal that produced it.

Questions

Common questions about HireMatrix

Each evaluation contributes to the score with a weighting set by what the role actually demands, agreed with you during setup rather than fixed by us. The weighting for a field sales role is not the weighting for a clinical role.

Yes, always. HireMatrix produces a recommendation supported by evidence. The organisation makes the decision, and overriding a ranking is a normal part of that.

Every score can be traced to the underlying candidate signal, and every candidate in a cohort is measured on an identical scale. That is what makes a rejection explainable months later.

The flag stays visible rather than being averaged into the total. A strong candidate with a red compensation flag is a conversation, not a hidden risk.
