Production Support & Platform Reliability Engineer

What you will do 

• Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of live AI interview sessions and analytics. 
• Monitor video/audio proctoring systems, detect anomalies, and maintain logs. 
• Automate incident detection, reporting, and resolution. 
• Provide inputs for capacity scaling and performance optimization. 
• Contribute to the reliability foundation for our upcoming product verticals. 

What we are looking for 

• Experience with Linux, SQL, Python/Bash, and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog). 
• Familiarity with AI/ML API monitoring, media stream diagnostics, and logging frameworks. 
• Strong analytical skills and clear documentation habits. 
• Calm under pressure; thrives in solving problems before users even notice them.
