Mission: Lead our migration from Railway to AWS and build a resilient, scalable, and secure
foundation for an expanding AI platform that goes well beyond hiring.
What you will do
- Plan and execute full migration of our applications and data pipelines from Railway to AWS.
- Perform capacity assessments, load testing, and architect auto-scaling systems for global usage.
- Implement robust security, monitoring, and cost optimization frameworks.
- Support infrastructure for AI workloads, proctoring systems, and real-time analytics.
- Build the backbone that will power Sainterview’s future products beyond recruitment.
What we are looking for
- Strong experience with AWS (ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudFront, WAF, IAM, Route 53).
- Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and scripting proficiency.
- Familiarity with MLOps or AI service deployment in production.
- Passion for building scalable, compliant, and sustainable cloud architectures.
